The young Bordeaux forward has been lined up for a £40m move and is seemingly preparing for a transfer to England

Manchester United target Malcom is learning English as speculation over his future at Bordeaux rages on.

Goal understands that Jose Mourinho is a keen admirer of the 20-year-old, whom he regards as the best young player in Europe, and is ready to table a £40 million bid this January.

Arsenal and Tottenham have also been linked with the forward, who has scored seven and provided two goals thus far this season.

And Malcom does appear Premier League bound, posting a picture of himself studying English on his Instagram account.

Malcom has enjoyed a meteoric rise to the top, and only joined Bordeaux in 2016 from Corinthians.

The diminutive forward has already won caps at Under-20 and Under-23 level for Brazil, and helped Corinthians to the Campeonato Brasileiro Serie A in 2015.
