The brewers have revealed that they have released nine players on mutual agreement while five will not renew their contracts

Captain James Situma is among fourteen players released by former champions Tusker FC.

The club have revealed on their official page that they have released nine players on mutual agreement while five will not renew their contracts.

“Tusker Football Club confirms the release of 9 players on mutual agreement and non-renewal of the contracts for 5 players expiring on 31st December in preparation for the 2018 season.”

The list of 9 players, who have been released include; Anthony Ndolo, George Mandela, Moses Ndawula, Victor Ndinya, Luis Tera, Danson Kago, Noah Wafula, Martin Kizza and Clifford Alwanga.

The other players, who will not be part of the team in the 2018 season due to expiry of their contracts include:- Stephen Owusu, Humphrey Mieno, Allan Wanga, James Situma and Cercidy Okeyo.
