Gor Mahia players have been warned to adhere to their contractual terms and give their best on the pitch.

Goal understands that the players made good their threats and staged a go slow on Wednesday, just a day after seeing off Posta Rangers 5-0 in Kisumu.

The players, who are demanding for improved terms following their excellent run this year, have also threatened to skip their next league assignment against Sony Sugar on Friday.

However, K’Ogalo CEO Omondi Aduda has warned the players against boycotting training sessions and matches, saying it is against initial agreement.

“A contract is a contract; when they came we gave them our terms and there was an agreement. They signed the contract meaning they were contented with what we were offering. Going against a written and signed document is breach of contract and we can take action.

“The players and the technical bench received their allowances after winning the Super Cup, and if a player tells you otherwise then it is a lie,” Aduda told Goal.
