Gor Mahia's friendly match with Sudanese side Al Hilal has been called off.

 Al Hilal were scheduled to take on Kenyan champions in the second friendly match on Tuesday before they called off the tie citing too many injuries on their players.

“The friendly match which was to be played tomorrow in Machakos has been canceled,” Gor Mahia announced on their Twitter page.

Al Hilal, who are preparing for a Caf Champions League match against LISCR FC of Liberia on Friday, lost 4-2 to AFC Leopards in the first friendly match in Kenya on Sunday.

The friendly could have helped Dylan Kerr to monitor the fitness level of his players as they prepare to take on Leones Vegetarianos of Equatorial Guinea in the first round of Caf Champions League preliminary matches.

K’Ogalo kicked off the season with a 4-0 win against Nakumatt in a Kenyan Premier League match on Saturday.
