The South African ladies national football team drew 1-1 with Jamaica at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on Sunday afternoon

South African fans packed the stadium in Durban to support Banyana Banyana who are preparing for the Women's World Cup.

This preparation match serves as the team's farewell to South Africa ahead of the tournament in France this June.

In Saturday's match Linda Motlhalo scored in the 25th minute with an assist from Rhoda Mulaudzi.

Jamaica’s Khadija Shaw was most impressive on the day and she equalised for the visitors in the second half.

Then Leandra Smeda could have won the game for Banyana late on, but her penalty hit the crossbar.
