The South African national team is one step closer to Egypt and are eagerly anticipating their Afcon campaign.
This is clear to see from how the Bafana Bafana players are buzzing to participate in the showpiece event in Cairo.
There are videos of the South African players on their way from Johannesburg to the United Arab Emirates. Then we can also watch the player's going through their training exercises to make sure their body remains in prime condition.
The videos highlight the work of Bafana physical trainer Joshua Smith who's with the players.
After playing Angola in their last preparation match next week Wednesday, Bafana will open up their Afcon account against Ivory Coast on June 24.
We also showcase an excited Banyana Banyana camp who are looking forward to their second group game, against China in the Women's World Cup on Thursday.
The Banyana official Twitter account shared some special footage of the team visiting the Eiffel Tower on the Champ de Mars in Paris, France.
There's also a touching moment when world athletics star, Caster Semenya visited the Banyana team, wishing them luck for the game against China.
Guess who came to visit & wish us well for the game tomorrow! Thanks @caster800m for taking time out of your very tight schedule to come see us. You are a true Inspiration 🙌🇿🇦 pic.twitter.com/IQoXxS8R9t— Janine Van Wyk (@Janinevanwyk5) June 12, 2019
"I thought I should come here & show them that we are behind them all the way, if I can win so can they. They must go out there & fight as a team. Being here is a token of appreciation from me to them," Caster Semenya to @Banyana_Banyana #DareToShine #fifawwc #BanyanaBanyana pic.twitter.com/RqV7Q090Pw— Banyana_Banyana (@Banyana_Banyana) June 12, 2019
