The combative left footer won’t play any part either for Enyimba or Super Eagles B team in the pre-season tourney due to injury

Enyimba’s Joseph Osadaiye has ruled himself out of the League Management Company Super Six due to injury.

Osadaiye was among the 30-man squad invited by coach Salisu Yusuf ahead of 2018 African Nations Championship preparation billed for Kano.

But the striker has stated that he is yet to fully treat his stomach injury and as such does not see himself having any part in the tournament.

“I won’t be able to take part in the LMC Super 6 because I am still nursing an injury," Osadaiye told Goal.

"My team doctors are on top of the situation but I can’t kick a ball as I speak now without feeling so much pain.

“I will have to go and treat myself privately if I am unable to get the relief I desire. It is so sad that I have this type of injury when I just got an invitation to the national team.

“I am sure if I get the right attention that I seek I will be back in no time to take part in the preparation for the CHAN competition.”
