Orlando Pirates midfielder Dove Wome has not ruled out the possibility of a permanent stay at the club when his loan deal expires at the end of June.
“I’m currently on a loan deal here until the end of the season but one can’t rule out a possibility of a permanent stay once the current loan spell ends in June,” Wome told Vodacom Soccer.
“But honestly Pirates is a big team with a big support base, and it’s every PSL player’s dream to play for a big team like Pirates, so I too,” Wome added.
The 25-year-old has hit the ground since arriving at the club three weeks ago. He found the net in his second match when they forced a 2-2 draw with Cape Town City on Saturday.
Wome admits that it felt good after scoring the opener on the day, but cautioned that it doesn’t mean he has arrived.

“Yes, I felt good after scoring my first goal in only my second start in the team’s starting line-up, but I know that (scoring) doesn’t mean I have arrived."
“It came as a motivational factor for me to work even harder,” Wome said.
The Buccaneers will be managed for the first time by Kjell Jonevret when they welcome Polokwane City on Saturday, and Wome is already looking forward to working with the Swedish mentor.
“Well, every coach comes with his own system and tactics, but hard work and commitment will be key to any player in the team to impress the new technical team,” Wome concluded.
