The French-born Malian suffered an injury during the Bhoys’ 2-0 victory over Motherwell in the final of the Scottish League Cup on November 26.
But, after going through training unscathed, the 44-year-old has that confirmed Dembele will be available for selection against the Belgian champions.
“Moussa is fit. He has trained and came through it and Nir Bitton is too so we only have Patrick Roberts out which is brilliant for this time of year,” Rodgers told media.
Dembele who scored 32 goals across all competitions last term missed the first two months of the season with a hamstring injury.
However, the 21-year-old has already scored eight goals in 15 appearances for Celtic since his return.
Brendan Rodgers’ side currently sits third in Group B standings with three points from five games played.
And the Bhoys only need to avoid a three-goal loss to Hein Vanhaezebrouck’s side to secure passage into the Uefa Europa League knockout phase.
