The Colombia international has been the subject of a transfer tug of war between the Catalans and Palmeiras in recent weeks, with the latter demanding a fee that exceeds the first option already agreed.

But there has been a breakthrough, and Mina is now expected to arrive in Barcelona this week to finalise a transfer.

Inter continue Deulofeu talks

Inter Milan are continuing talks with Barcelona in the hope of agreeing a deal to sign Gerard Deulofeu on loan, Corriere dello Sport .

Deulofeu is keen to leave Barcelona during the January transfer window and would be open to a move to Inter, having previously enjoyed a loan spell at AC Milan.

However, Inter want a loan deal with an option to buy, while Barcelona would prefer an obligation to sign the winger permanently. The potential for giving Barca first option on signing Inter defender Milan Skriniar is one compromise being mooted.

Arda Turan set for Turkey switch

Arda Turan is closing in on a switch to Turkish side Basaksehir, according to Sabah .
