Bayern Munich midfielder Arturo Vidal has confused many of his fans after he posted a photograph of him cradling his new baby.

The Chile international shared a picture with his child, together with the caption: "There is nothing more important in life that being a father! Child blessings! I love you muchoooooo!"
However, the photo itself was of a topless Vidal with a surgical mask on, which caused one follower to question: "Arturo... are you the mother???"
The new baby is the midfielder and wife Maria Teresa's third, joining older siblings Alonso and Elisabetta. Vidal has tattoos of both his children's names on his arms, and will now likely seek a third after welcoming the latest member of the family.
Vidal's new arrival comes just weeks after the 30-year-old lifted a second successive Bundesliga title with Bayern Munich.
The trophy is his ninth league title, having won three with Colo-Colo in his native country and four Serie A trophies at Juventus.
