PSV are closely monitoring the progress of young Estudiantes defender Marcos Rojo.
The Eindhoven side are looking to add some depth to their back-line in the January transfer window because of the deaprture of Andre Ooijer, Carlos Salcido and Dirk Marcellis last summer and technical director Marcel Brands supposedly sees Rojo as the perfect signing.
The report suggests that Brands has already visited several matches of Estudiantes to have a closer look at Rojo and PSV's technical director is reportedly impressed with what he has seen of the 20-year-old.
The centre back is a product of the Estudiantes youth academy and has developed into an important first team member since making his debut in 2009.
PSV have yet to make an official offer for Rojo, but the Eindhoven side could decide to make a move for the defender in the upcoming weeks.
