Abiola Dauda signs for Turkish outfit Giresunspor

The forward will play for Metin Diyadinas’ side in the Turkish second division in the upcoming campaign

Nigerian striker Abiola Dauda has completed a one-year move to Giresunspor.

The player joined the Turkish outfit having seen out his contract with Greek outfit Atromitos.

Upon leaving Dutch side Vitesse in January 2017, Dauda signed for Atromitos as a free agent in a deal that ran through till the end of the 2017-18 campaign.

The 30-year-old scored 11 goals in 40 Greek top-flight games and will hope for a better return as he embarks on his latest adventure in Turkey’s second tier
