Olympique de Marseille’s Jordan Ayew Yearns For More With Ghana

Youngster Jordan Ayew delighted for making his debut for west African nation Ghana against Swaziland and hopes to earn more call ups…
Ghana and Olympique de Marseille winger Jordan Ayew would love to last with the Black Stars after earning his debut cap against Swaziland on Sunday.

"It was a good thing for me and the family. I didn't think it will be now but it has come and I am delighted," the 18-year-old told KickOffGhana.com.

"I will do my possible best to remain at the highest level but I don't want to put pressure on myself. It is my objective to be in the Black Stars game every time. I have overcome the shock of my first call up so now I am keen to hold onto it."

The son of Ghana’s football legend Abedi Ayew ‘Pele’ replaced his brother Andre Ayew 10 minutes to the end of the game that ended 3-0 in favour of the west Africans.
