'Chambers compared himself to Ronaldo after his FA Cup goal'

The 21-year-old netted a stunning opener in Saturday's 2-1 win over Burnley which helped put the Gunners into the fifth round of the FA Cup
Calum Chambers is comparing himself to Cristiano Ronaldo following his stunning goal in Arsenal’s 2-1 win over Burnley, claims Alex Iwobi.

Chambers scored the opener in Saturday’s victory over the Championship club which has fired the Gunners into the fifth round of the FA Cup.

And Iwobi, who started in midfield for Arsene Wenger’s side, has revealed how pleased Chambers was with his effort.

“Oh my gosh, he’s still talking about it now,” Iwobi told Arsenal’s official website after the match.

In the showers, everyone was talking about it, he was like ‘yeah, Canaldo is what they call me now’.

If I scored a goal like that I’d be all over the place, I’d be excited.
