VfL Bochum have allowed Danny Fuchs to join 1. FC Kaiserslautern on loan for the second half of the season.
The 32-year-old midfielder has left the Bundesliga side on a six-month contract, which does not give the second division team he is joining the option to buy him outright.
Nevertheless, FCK chairman Stefan Kuntz is delighted to have him on board, even on a short-term basis.
"Danny Fuchs is a versatile offensive midfielder who is also dangerous in front of goal. What's more, he is an experienced player whose character is a good fit for us."
Neither club has revealed any other terms of the lean deal other than the length and the lack of a buy-option.
