Porto's Colombian wonderkid James Rodriguez has been linked with a move back to Argentina with Racing Club.
Ole reports that Luis Farina's enforced six month absence means that 'La Academia' are free to recruit a replacement on a temporary basis, and are looking to 'Bam Bam', who has yet to make his debut for the Portuguese giants.
Rodriguez, 19, is highly regarded in Argentina, where he enjoyed a sparkling spell in a championship-winning Banfield side. And agent Silvio Sandri is already known to the Avellaneda side, having played a pivotal role in the transfer of former Envigado team-mate Giovanni Moreno to Argentina.
Currently there has been no official comment from either the player or club, although sources close to both assert that a deal could be made official in the next week.
