Cristian Nasuti will spend the next year on loan to Turkish side Gaziantepspor, after the club finally came to an agreement with River Plate for the 27-year-old defender.
Ole reports that the two clubs agreed on a deal worth $130,000 for the year long move, after a week of tense negotiations as they tried to agree on a suitable figure. Nasuti has been in Turkey for a week already, but had not been able to officially become a Gaziantepspor player until now.
Nasuti moved to River Plate in 2003, but has consistently struggled to break into the first team and consequently has spent a large chunk of his Millonario career on loan. He returned to the Monumental this winter, but with the arrivals of Jonathan Maidana, Carlos Arano and Adalberto Roman once again found himself way down the defensive pecking order.
