Trabzonspor have won the Turkish Cup after beating Istanbul giants Fenerbahce 3-1 in an entertaining final.
Trabzonspor started the match the better side of the two and created several chances to grab the lead in the first half. However, the Fenerbahce goalie refused to concede and it was all square at half-time.
Fener then opened the scoring from out of nowhere after the interval via star player Alex. However, Trabzonspor weren't impressed too much and Umut Bulut restored parity ten minutes after the opener.
Karadeniz Firtinasi kept on dominating play and they were rewarded for their attacking intentions in the 80th minute. Engin Baytar helped his side to a deserved lead with a good finish.
Gustavo Colman made things even worse for Fenerbahce in the dying seconds of the game when he made it three for the Trabzon side.
