Turkish giants Galatasaray are closely monitoring young Go Ahead Eagles forward Halil Colak, according to a report in regional Dutch newspaper De Stentor.
The Istanbul side are eager to add some more depth to their squad up front and head coach Frank Rijkaard reportedly sees Colak as a useful addition to his squad.
The 21-year-old attacker is a product of the Twente youth academy, but failed to break into the first team with the Tukkers. Therefore, Colak left Enschede for Go Ahead in order to get regular first team football elsewhere.
Colak has quickly developed into the star player at the Deventer side and has already scored 10 goals in 21 league games this term. Additionally, he has provided several assists.
The tricky attacker has yet to represent his native country, but Colak is reportedly a candidate to make his debut for Turkey under-21s in the near future.
