Erick Torres has attracted the interest of Eredivisie giants PSV with his good performances for Mexican side Chivas Guadalajara in the past couple of months, according to Esto.
The Eindhoven outfit are in the market for a new attacker because of the departure of both Danny Koevermans and Marcus Berg at the end of the season and sporting director Marcel Brands reportedly sees Torres as the perfect addition to the PSV squad.
The 18-year-old forward made his debut for Chivas' first team earlier this season and has since become an integral member of the squad.
Torres has already been compared with Manchester United forward Javier Hernandez and is seen as one of the most exciting youngsters around in Mexico.
PSV have already seen the young striker in action several times and could decide to make a move for Torres in the summer transfer window.
