Eredivisie outfit Vitesse have done some good business on the last day of the summer transfer market. The Dutch side secured the services of Nacer Barazite, Matej Delac, Marcus Pedersen, Guram Kashia and Laryea Kingston on deadline day.
A report on Tuesday had suggested that the Gelderlanders were close to signing Barazite from Arsenal on a season-long loan deal and Vitesse have now confirmed on their official website that the Holland under-21 star will play his trade at the Gelredome until the end of the season.
Additionally, young Chelsea shot stopper Delac has signed a one-year loan deal, too. The Croatian glovesman had reached an agreement with the ambitious Eredivisie side last week and the move has now been wrapped up after all the necessary paperwork has been dealt with.
Pedersen is a young Norwegian striker who impressed at Stromsgodset in the past two seasons. The 20-year-old attacker has signed a contract until the summer of 2014 with his new club. Vitesse reportedly pay a fee in the region of €600,000 for the services of the promising striker.
Finally, the 29-year-old Kingston, who can play in several positions up front, has left Heart of Midlothian on a free transfer to join Vitesse, while Georgian defender Kashia has left Dinamo Tbilisi for a one-year deal with the Arnhem side.
Vitesse previously secured the services of Slobodan Rajkovic and Nemanja Matic from Chelsea, Luca Caldirola from Inter and Ismail Aissati from Ajax.
