Creative midfielder Keisuke Honda has been the absolute star player of newly promoted Eredivisie side VVV with his outstanding performances this campaign, and this hasn't gone unnoticed at the big Dutch clubs.
The 23-year-old was already being linked with both PSV and Ajax and according to a report in VI, Rotterdam based powerhouse Feyenoord are also keen on signing the Japanese international.
Honda's current VVV deal is due to expire in the summer of 2011, but the Venlo side could be tempted to let go of their star player if an offer in the region of €10 million comes in.
Feyenoord are short of cash at the moment, but a Japanese businessman is reportedly ready to step up and help the Rotterdam giants financially in order to lure Honda to De Kuip.
Ajax recently made it clear that they're unable to match VVV's hefty asking price, meaning that PSV and Feyenoord are currently the two teams sitting in pole position to secure Honda's services.
