Koreans abroad: Suk Hyun-Jun's dream double downs PSV Eindhoven, Koo Ja-Cheol and Ki Sung-Yueng also score

The Groningen striker netted a sublime goal to stun the Dutch leaders, while Augsburg's Koo Ja-Cheol and Celtic's Ki Sung-Yueng also both got on the scoresheet
Suk Hyun-Jun scored a wonderful brace as FC Groningen shocked league leaders PSV Eindhoven 3-0 in the Dutch Eredivisie on Sunday.

The Korean striker, who has battled injuries this term, opened the scoring with an angled effort on 29 minutes after working a neat one-two with Petter Andersson.

Leandro Bacuna made it 2-0 on 51 minutes, before Suk scored one of the goals of the season from long range.

Suk produced a glorious 74th-minute chipped effort after PSV keeper Andreas Isaksson had come off his line to thwart the advancing David Texeira.

The Korean striker would be replaced on 89 minutes, receiving a great applause from the home fans.

Elsewhere, Koo Ja-Cheol scored a fine goal as Augsburg were beaten 4-1 away to Bayer Leverkusen in Germany's Bundesliga on Saturday.

Koo, who played the full game, made it 1-1 on 50 minutes with a nice curling finish after collecting Sascha Molders ball.

The midfielder had earlier had a close-range effort cleared off the line by Gonzalo Castro after a scramble from a corner.

Meanwhile, in Scotland's Premier League, Ki Sung-Yueng came off the bench to score in Celtic's 5-0 romp at Hibernian on Sunday.

Ki, who was a 55th-minute substitute, netted on 77 minutes when Kris Commons' strike deflected in off him.

The Korean almost grabbed an assist when his corner found Joe Ledley later on, but his effort hit the woodwork.
