Barcelona legend Carles Rexach has said the club's 5-0 thrashing of Real Madrid last November was one of the greatest highlights of his five decades of service with the club.
Rexach was talking at length in a video created by Barcelona's official partner, Turkish Airlines.
"During my almost 50 years in this great club, I've been able to enjoy all of the jobs. From when I was 12, the children's team, the youth team, the first team, coach, assistant, technical director, working at La Masia. This has given me so much satisfaction.
"Even more after the recent 5-0 victory against Real Madrid. The manager who came from La Masia dedicated the victory to us, [Johan] Cruyff and I were grateful of these words of Pep Guardiola."
Rexach has been involved with his beloved Barcelona for almost half a century working in all departments during his decades of service. He struck up a friendship with his team-mate Johan Cruyff during his playing career and was later assistant to the Dutch coach during the 'dream team' years.
The 64-year-old Catalan, who was in charge of Barcelona when they played Real Madrid in the 2001-02 Champions League semi-finals, was also instrumental in the development of superstars like Lionel Messi and Xavi at La Masia academy.
