Sundsvall are second in the Superettan whilst Ljungskile have been on a pretty woeful run of late, without a win since the beginning of July during their previous eight matches.
So when Sundsvall took an early lead on 32 minutes the last thing Ljungskile needed was another quick goal conceded to really make their heads drop.
However, up popped Bosnia & Herzegovina midfielder Aleksandar Kitic to score a beautiful own goal. With the ball sent in from the right, Kitic swung his left foot out and sent a peach of a shot past his own keeper Nick Noble and into the top corner.
The OG proved crucial as despite being 3-0 down on 89 minutes, Ljungskile scored two goals in the 90th minute but could not level the match.
