World Cup 2010: Netherlands Coach Bert Van Marwijk Hails Oranje's Perfect Record

Dutchman believes it could be the difference...

Holland coach Bert van Marwijk has signalled the fact that his side are the only one not to have endured defeat at the World Cup.

Spain are slightly favoured for the World Cup final on Sunday evening, and while Van Marwijk conceded that La Furia Roja are playing "a little bit better", he noted they have been defeated before in the competition.

"If we are in the final it is because we deserve it. We have defeated Brazil and they have defeated Germany. We have both shown an enormous stability," he said at a press conference.

"Spain play a more attractive football than us, but both teams are searching for the same objective, the same style.

"They have played a football which is a little bit better than ours, but we have won all the matches and they have lost one."

The Oranje boss said his men are fully focused on tomorrow's game, which will see the World Cup trophy moving in an unprecedented direction.

"The players do not need extra motivation, we are not thinking about the past," he added.

"Being here in the final is something unique and we want to win it. We are not thinking about the semi finals.

"I have said that in that moment I thought about 1974 and 1978, but now we are only concentrated on the final."
