World Cup 2010: Netherlands Legend Johan Cruyff Criticises Dunga's 'Defensive' Brazil

He would not pay to see the current Canarinha crop...
Dutch football legend Johan Cruyff has declared that he would never pay to see Dunga's Brazil, who he believes have been a shame for the fans at the World Cup.

As Brazil prepare to face Netherlands in Friday's quarter-final in Port Elizabeth, Cruyff has declared that the Selecao don't make use of their talent and are a defensive side who do not live up to legendary Brazil stars.

"I'd never pay for a ticket to see the Brazil team.
They have talented players but they play very defensive and are not very interesting," Cruyff said, as quoted by Marca.

"It is a shame for the fans and the tournament because they are one of the teams that people want to see.

"
When it comes to Brazil I think of players like Gerson, Tostao, Falcao, Zico, Socrates ... Now they have the opposite, Gilberto, Felipe Melo, Michel Bastos, Julio Baptista... I would not pay for a ticket to go see them."
