World Cup 2010: Portugal's Deco Set To Be Left Out Of North Korea Match After Carlos Queiroz Spat - Report

The midfielder is now facing the wrath of his coach...
Portugal midfielder Deco could be left out of their World Cup Group G encounter with North Korea after criticising boss Carlos Queiroz, according to O Jogo.

The Chelsea playmaker publicly questioned Queiroz's half-time decisions in Portugal's World Cup opener against Ivory Coast, which ended in a goalless draw.

Deco later retracted his comments, saying it was not his intention to cause unrest within the Seleccao's ranks, but reports in the country claim that his words have not sat well with the Portuguese Football Federation.

O Jogo reports that Deco, who was substituted just 17 minutes into the second half by Tiago against Ivory Coast, will now have to apologise to his coach or else he will risk not being included in the squad for the match against North Korea, which will take place on June 21.
