Rwanda Coach Branko Tucak Calls APR Hitman Abbas Rassou For Zambia Match

Tucak is under great pressure to get his side to perform at the weekend, and he believes that Rassou could be the man to fire them to success...
Croatian tactician Branko Tucak has called APR hitman Abbas Rassou to solve Rwanda's goal scoring problems.

The Wasps have managed one goal in five Group C encounters and Tucak sees the proven Cameroonian-born forward as the perfect answer to the side's issues.

Rassou joined the camp on Friday ahead of this weekend's crunch Africa Nations Cup qualifier against Zambia. The decisive game will be held next Saturday at Amahoro stadium.

The striker has so far scored twice in three appearances for his club in the ongoing Rwandan Premier League.

Despite managing only one point from a possible 15, Rwanda still have a mathematical chance of making it to Angola, where next year's African Cup of Nations will be held. Amavubi need to beat the Cooper Bullets by a two-goal margin to realise their dream.
