Bayern Munich cruised through to the Champions League final with a 4-0 win on aggregate against Olympique Lyonnais.
Croatian international Ivica Olic netted a 'perfect hat-trick' in the second leg at Stade Gerland, scoring with both feet and his head, to fire FCB to an impressive 3-0 win on the night.
While Olic will grab the headlines of the world media, the player himself was eager to emphasise the importance of the team's performance as a whole.
"I never believed that we would win in such a way," the striker told the club's official website after the game.
"Three goals in a game like this is amazing. But we played very well together, so that it was simple for me up front.
"I thought I played the game of my life against Manchester United, but the semi-final is now also an important match.
"It's important that we have played as a team again. Then it's simple - a striker can then have fun."
