Player Ratings: Anorthosis 3-3 Inter

Inter and Anorthosis shared out a six-goal epic in their Champions League Group B clash this evening. Anthony Sormani looks at the players on show...

Begaj - 5.0:
At fault for all three of Inter's goals, particularly the third. Having said this, he also made two world class saves from Ibrahimovic and Cambiasso, although this doesn't stop him from getting a poor rating.

Georgiou - 6.0: Relatively sound display from Georgiou, who was barely troubled by the disappointing Mancini.

Katsavakis - 6.0: Struggled at times, but also made some excellent challenges, including one goal-saving block from Ibrahimovic early on.

Dobrasinovic - 6.0: Steady if unspectacular tonight was the Montenegrin, who did all that was asked of him, without really shining.

Paulo Costa - 6.5: Had a fine first 42 minutes, and looked very comfortable until his game was unluckily cut short by injury before half time.

Jeffrey - 5.0:
Had some tough moments in defence did the Dutchman. The experienced Traionas Dellas was definitely missed tonight.

Hawar - 7.5: The Iraq international was inspirational tonight. Burst forward at every opportunity and was a real handful.

Laban - 8.0: Hugely impressive and arguably the best player on the pitch. Inter couldn't get the ball off him. All that was missing from his performance was a goal, and he came very close on 65 minutes.

Constaninou - 6.5: Had a few tough moments in the first half, but was excellent after the break, and made sure that it was another tough evening for Quaresma.

Bardon - 7.0: The former Lyon forward linked up well with Frousos, and was a thorn in Inter's side. Was gifted the first goal by Burdisso.

Frousos - 7.0: Caused all kinds of trouble for Burdisso. Good movement and dangerous in the air also, Frousos took his goal delightfully.

Subs: Panagi 7.0, Skopelitis 6.0, Ocokoljic 6.0

Julio Cesar - 7.0:
Not for the first time over the past couple of years he came to his side's rescue. Inter would have gone 4-2 down had it not been for two outstanding saves.

Maicon - 6.0: Started the game imperiously but was then disappointing, and he was lucky not be punished for a bad defensive mistake on 65 minutes.

Burdisso - 2.0: As defensive horror displays go, this was about as bad as it gets. Made two catastrophic mistakes that culminated in Anorthosis' first and third goals.

Materazzi - 7.0: As bad as Inter were defensively, Materazzi actually had a good game individually. Indeed he was a one-man defence. Also scored for his side with a trademark header.

Zanetti - 6.0:
Did his job as he always does, but just like against Reggina Zanetti was not as prominent as an attacking force.

Stankovic - 6.5:
Was possibly Inter's best player in the first half, as he was involved in all of Inter's play. Strange decision by Mourinho to take him off.

Cambiasso - 6.5: One of Inter's better players tonight, although that is not really saying much. Unlucky on Anorthosis' second goal.

Mancini - 5.0: Quaresma has had most of the stick from the Italian press, but what exactly has Mancini done since joining Inter. The answer, just like his contribution tonight, is very little.

Quaresma - 5.5: A bright spark in the first half, but simply dreadful in the second period when he reverted to his poor form since arriving from Porto.

Balotelli - 8.0: May have not had his best game ever, but he sure was decisive. Scored one and created two - you can't be any more decisive than that.

Ibrahimovic - 6.0: Some nice build-up play at times, but largely a night to forget for Ibra, who missed a couple of glorious chances, including one open goal.

Subs: Cruz 7.0, Maxwell 6.0, Vieira 6.0
