Bayern Munich's Danijel Pranjic on Ajax radar - report

Bayern Munich's Danijel Pranjic could be on his way back to the Eredivisie this summer as Amsterdam giants Ajax have shown an interest in signing the Croatia international.
Bayern Munich midfielder Danijel Pranjic has attracted the interest of Eredivisie powerhouse Ajax with his performances for the reigning German champions in the 2010-11 campaign, Jutarnji List reports.

The Godenzonen are looking to add some more experience to their squad in the summer transfer window and head coach Frank de Boer considers the 29-year-old Pranjic to be the perfect addition to his roster.

Pranjic joined Bayern Munich from Heerenveen in the summer of 2009, but has never really been able to live up to the high expectations of the Bavarians. The Croatia international has been in and out of the starting XI at Bayern and it appears doubtful that he will stay put this summer.

The left-footed midfielder is reportedly keen to return to the Eredivisie and Ajax are ready to make a move for Pranjic if he indeed becomes available at the end of the season.
