Reigning German champions Bayern Munich have received some encouraging news on Arjen Robben's fitness in the build-up to the Bundesliga match at home against Borussia Moenchengladbach this Saturday.
Robben has resumed regular training action again after spending the past few days on the sidelines due to an adductor problem and the Dutch winger is widely expected to star in this weekend's match.
The former Real Madrid man sustained the injury in the 3-2 Champions League loss against Inter. He featured for only 30 minutes in the Bundesliga win over Freiburg two weeks ago due to the knock, but is now raring to go again.
Bayern Munich currently sit fourth in the Bundesliga table with 48 points from 27 games and they can't afford to slip up against Gladbach if they are to keep their ambitions of reaching the Champions League alive.
