Bayern Munich duo Thomas Kraft and Franck Ribery, who were injured during Saturday’s victory over Mainz, will both be fit for the Champions League clash with Inter in midweek.
The Bundesliga giants take on the Nerazzurri in a repeat of last season’s final, but two of their key first team stars were forced off during the 3-1 win.
Kraft was involved in a clash with Mainz striker Petar Sliskovic and had to be replaced at half-time, but the blow to the head he suffered is not as serious as initially believed, and the shot-stopper will be able to take his place in goal at the Giuseppe Meazza.
French star Ribery also had to be withdrawn during the win after seemingly suffering from some discomfort, and his participation on Wednesday was also in doubt.
However, the former Marseille star was removed as a precaution and is not at risk of missing the crucial encounter against the Serie A champions.
