Brazilian wing-back Adriano could be on his way out of Primera Division giants Barcelona at the end of the season as German champions Bayern Munich have shown an interest in signing the defender, according to a report in Sport Bild.
The Bavarians have been in the market for a new left-back for quite a while now and were previously linked with players such as Benfica's Fabio Coentrao and Bordeaux star Benoit Tremoulinas.
However, they have now apparently turned their attention to the 26-year-old Adriano instead.
Adriano joined Barcelona from Sevilla in the summer of 2010, but the Brazil international has failed to make an impact at the Catalans so far. Therefore, he could be on his way out again at the end of the season.
The full-back's current contract with Barcelona runs until the summer of 2014, but Barcelona could be tempted to cash in on Adriano if the price is right.
The former Sevilla star has climbed to 401st spot in the Castrol Rankings following his performances in the past 12 months.
