Dutch FA Finally Admit Responsibility In Arjen Robben Affair - Bayern Munich's Karl-Heinz Rummenigge

Bayern Munich CEO is optimistic of a solution to the Arjen Robben dispute after he claimed that the KNVB admitted responsibility.
There may finally be an end to sight to the long-running Arjen Robben saga if Karl-Heinz Rummenigge is to be believed. The Bayern Munich CEO has been encouraged by the KNVB's apparent admission of responsibility.

"The KNVB have finally recognised that they shoulder the burden of responsibility," he told the German press today.

Rummenigge also added that he is "cautiously optimistic" of a resolution before too long.

Dutch winger Robben has been out all season after aggravating a long-standing hamstring injury, through which he played in the World Cup. Bayern are seeking €1 million in compensation from the KNVB. Robben looks likely to return after the winter break.
