Klaas-Jan Huntelaar is settling in well to his new surroundings after making his move from Milan to Schalke in the summer. The Dutch striker is pleased everything is going well in terms of his performances at his new club and has only good things to say about the Bundesliga.
"Things are going personally well for me but right now this is not important because the club is losing. I am convinced my qualities will shine through and am happy to be shown trust, from which I am finally getting continuity," Huntelaar told telegraaf.nl.
The 'Hunter' has grabbed four goals for the Gelsenkirchen club but they are scrambling down at the foot of the table with only four points to show from their opening seven fixtures.
Huntelaar was again on the scoresheet last weekend when 10-man Schalke succumbed to Nuernberg 2-1.
