Werder Bremen captain Torsten Frings has criticised the conduct of newly signed team-mate Marko Arnautovic.
"He is a very self-willed type," the veteran midfielder told Kicker. "That does not fit in well at Bremen.
"He talks a lot, and is often dismissive. He must find a compromise so that he is not so arrogant."
Arnautovic, 21, transfered from Twente to Bremen this summer for €6 million. He spent last year on loan at Inter, but failed to make an impression. The Austrian forward has plenty of competition at his new club, and evidently has yet to settle in.
