Algerian international Antar Yahia has revealed he will leave relegated Bochum this summer following the World Cup.
“Indeed, I have decided to leave Bochum,” he is quoted as saying by Kicker. “I can't play at a lower level.”
The 28-year-old defender who will captain his country in this summer’s tournament went on to reveal that he is aware of interest in France, but will wait until his country’s World Cup campaign is over to make his decision.
"There are inquiries from France,” he said. “But now, I only think of the World Cup, then, we'll see.”
Algeria have been drawn in Group C alongside England, Slovenia and USA.
