At Werder Bremen, The Team Matters. At Inter, It Doesn't - Marko Arnautovic

Marko Arnautovic explains that he wasn't serious enough early in his stay at Bremen, and also claimed that Inter were too individualistic.
After a rocky start, Marko Arnautovic has finally settled in at Werder Bremen. In an interview, the gifted attacker explained the reasons for the troubles he faced early in his stay at the Weserstadion.

"I made too many jokes at first, rather than concentrating on football," he told Sport Bild. "I will not do that anymore. I think I've come to grips."

The Austria international also praised his new club, while taking a jab at former club Inter.

"Here, one plays for the team. At Inter, it was different, because there, everyone does his own thing."

Arnautovic, 21, has settled in well at Bremen, though his current role is somewhat in question. One of a large number of attackers, the versatile player has been part of a rotation in Thomas Schaaf's squad.
