Versatile attacker Taison Barcellos Freda could be on his way out of Copa Libertadores hopefuls Internacional as Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg have shown an interest in signing the 22-year-old, according to a report in Bild.
The Wolfe are eager to add a new attacker to their squad this summer and head coach Steve McClaren reportedly sees Taison as the perfect addition to his team after the transfer of Bryan Ruiz from Twente fell through.
Taison has developed into a key player at Internacional in the past couple of seasons and he has been linked with a move to Europe more than once. Ligue 1 side Monaco are also believed to be interested in signing the young attacker, but Wolfsburg appear to be sitting in pole position to secure the services of Taison.
The Brazilian attacker's current contract with Internacional reportedly runs until the summer of 2013, but Wolfsburg are ready to tempt Internacional with an €8 million offer for Taison.
