Unai Emery believes Valencia's derby opponents Hercules view three points against los Che as precious.
Valencia coach Unai Emery has admitted that he expects a tough contest when they take on near neighbours Hercules and believes that the newly promoted side will be giving everything to take "a precious" three points.
Emery also warned his side not to get carried away by their good start to the season and has demanded they look to the next game with the same intensity.
"We have a game against a derby opponent that we haven't played for a long time, and the three points are precious to them. We have to prepare for it with a good mentality to win," he said at a press conference.
"I hope to see a good Hercules and we have to apply ourselves to counter their strengths. The derby has an importance that we must be aware of.
"We must keep cool and remember that we have achieved nothing yet. We are pleased with what has been done, but we must draw a line now and build from there. We must look to the next game and prepare for it as best we can."
