Barcelona Want Shakhtar Donetsk's Willian - Agent

Robinho is not the only Brazilian wideman on the Blaugrana's list of possibilities. However, the Spaniards face competition from Sevilla and Lyon for the Ukrainian-based youngster...
Barcelona could make a move to prise Willian away from Shakhtar Donetsk in January if they are unable to tempt Manchester City into letting them have Robinho.

The 21-year-old Brazilian has been watched regularly by the European champions, who are looking for a wide player to bolster their options on the left, according to agent Paulo Tavares, who was speaking to the Russian media.

Robinho has been continuously linked with a switch to Camp Nou, but City have stated this week that he is not leaving. Barca could now turn their attention to Willian.

"There is clear interest from Barcelona. They regularly scout him and are likely to continue to do so until January," Tavares confirmed.

"So far, there's nothing concrete. We hope, however, to sit at the table to start talking before the year ends. If a major European team makes a good offer, he will not stay at Shakhtar.

"His club calls for between €20 million and €22m.

"So far, apart from Barca, Sevilla in Spain and Olympique Lyonnais in France have been in touch with me, but again, there is nothing concrete at this time."
