La Liga outfit Real Mallorca have announced the signing of free agent Gianni Zuiverloon on their official website.
The defender, who left West Bromwich Albion earlier this summer, has signed a three-year deal with his new club.
The 24-year-old full-back reached an agreement with Mallorca on Sunday afternoon after a long day of negotiations and will be presented to the press on Monday.
"I am very pleased with this transfer and I will do my utmost for the team. I want to become a better player here and want to have a successful season with Mallorca," Zuiverloon stated on the club's website.
Zuiverloon came through the ranks of the Feyenoord youth academy and also wore the jerseys of RKC and Heerenveen before moving to the Hawthorns in the summer of 2008. His contract with the Premier League side was rescinded last month as the right-back wanted to move on in order to get more playing time elsewhere.
He will be reunited with former Feyenoord teammate Jonathan de Guzman at the Spanish side. De Guzman joined Mallorca on a free transfer in the summer of 2010.
