Jeffren not keen on Udinese move, but resigned to leaving Barcelona

The attacker has admitted that he is not thrilled by a move to Serie A, but has accepted that he is on his way out of the Catalan giants
Barcelona attacker Jeffren has confessed that he is not keen on moving to Serie A side Udinese this summer, but the Spain under-21 winger has accepted the idea that his future lies away from Catalunya.

The 23-year-old is allegedly being included as a makeweight in Barca's deal for Udinese attacker Alexis Sanchez, and the wide player, who is currently in Denmark for the European Under-21 Championship, stated he is disappointed that he will not realise his ambition of becoming a Camp Nou regular.

"It's clear that I do not like the idea of leaving Barcelona for Udinese," the young attacker was quoted as saying by RAC1.

"I have spent the past seven years at Barcelona and it was my dream to succeed here. I don't think I will make it here, though, and it looks like I have to start looking elsewhere."

Jeffren made his La Liga debut for Barcelona in May 2009, but he never managed to secure regular first team action at the Spanish champions, and his current contract expires in the summer of 2012.
