Dani Alves believes Zlatan Ibrahimovic accelerated the end to his short Barcelona reign because he was "impatient".
Ibrahimovic, who left the club after just a year, is hoping for new beginnings with Milan, and Alves feels that stems from his restlessness at Camp Nou.
"Perhaps 'Ibra' lacked patience, maybe he did not fit in our team and our game system and did not wait long enough to adapt," the Barcelona right-back told El Mundo Deportivo.
Reports claimed a personal feud with coach Pep Guardiola was the reason behind his exit, but Alves didn't see anything out of order.
"He might have been hurt by a situation which he lived, but I saw nothing make him angry. But he has a temper and you have to respect the decisions taken."
