Valencia midfielder Pablo Hernandez has expressed his delight at being linked to a move to the Premier League with Chelsea.
The 25-year-old has been in impressive form this season and, after the Spanish club admitted that scouts from the west London club had been to watch him, Hernandez said he was pleased one of Europe's biggest club's was interested in him.
"Chelsea? It is flattering to me because it demonstrates that I am doing well this season," Hernandez told reporters, after helping his side to a 3-1 win over Xerez on Tuesday.
"But now is not the moment for me to speak about this subject.
"As normal this news appears at the end of the season but the important thing for me is to continue getting victories for Valencia and to confirm our place in the Champions League."
Hernandez has made 31 La Liga appearances this season, scoring five goals and adding a further six assists.
