Recreativo have signed highly-rated Ghanaian starlet Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu for an undisclosed fee as they continue their squad rebuilding ahead of the summer break.
The 19-year-old has penned a three-year deal that will see him move to the Spanish outfit on July 1 from Asante Kotoko and begin pre-season training, AS report.
Agyemang-Badu rose to prominence when he helped Ghana's Under-20 team to win the African Youth Champions League in January and attracted interest from several clubs.
Having already made his debut for the full national team last year, the Berekum-born forward had trials with Middlesbrough in England last summer but was not offered a contract.
After beginning his career with Berlin FC in his hometown of Berekum, he then joined Berekum Arsenal before going on to sign for Asante Kotoko last year.
