AC Milan have announced they have re-signed defender Rodrigo Ely on a four-year deal.
The Brazil youth international first joined the Rossoneri in 2010 and spent two years with the youth side before subsequent loan spells with Reggina and Varese.
The 21-year-old left to join Avellino on a one-year deal last summer and helped the Serie B side to an eighth-placed finish last term.
Milan have now confirmed that the player has rejoined on a four-year deal after impressing during his time away from the club.
Rodrigo Ely made 35 appearances for Avellino during 2014-15, and was sent off three times.
